The heavy work

Floor strip & wax

When VCT and hard floors go dull and yellow, mopping won't bring them back. We strip the old finish down to the bare tile, then lay down fresh coats of commercial floor finish. We usually do the work overnight or over a weekend, so your building opens on time.

Floor scrubbing & buffing

Machine scrubbing lifts the dirt a mop pushes around; buffing restores the shine. On a regular schedule, it stretches the time between full strip-and-wax jobs, which saves you money.
