Recurring cleaning and day porter service
We offer night cleaning and day porter service, as often as your building needs. Every account starts with a walkthrough and a written scope of work: a detailed list of the tasks we do on every visit, so you know exactly what you're paying for and can check it whenever you want.

The heavy work
Floor strip & wax
When VCT and hard-surface floors start to look dull, yellowed, or worn, daily mopping is no longer enough to bring them back. We strip the old finish completely, down to the bare tile, then lay new coats of commercial finish that restore the floor's original shine and protection. We normally do this work overnight or over a weekend, so your building is ready and presentable when it opens.
Floor scrubbing & buffing
Machine scrubbing removes the ground-in dirt a mop only moves from one place to another, and buffing brings back the shine and an even finish. On a regular maintenance schedule, this stretches the time between full strip-and-wax jobs, which lowers your costs and keeps the building presentable.
Carpet cleaning
Commercial carpet holds far more dirt than the eye picks up. We use professional equipment to clean carpet in offices, lobbies, and common areas, pulling out debris, stains, and odors. We can also fold carpet care into your recurring schedule, so high-traffic lanes stay clean instead of building up over time.
Window cleaning
We handle storefront glass, entry doors, interior partitions, and exterior windows within reach of ground equipment. Clean glass rarely gets a compliment, but fingerprints and smudges always get noticed. We keep every glass surface clear, presentable, and streak-free, so your building looks sharp every day.
Pressure washing
We handle entrances, sidewalks, drive-throughs, dumpster pads, and exterior walls. Our pressure washing takes off gum, grime, and built-up residue in the areas your customers see before they reach the door.
Disinfecting
Touchpoints like handles, switches, counters, and shared equipment get disinfected on every visit. When a whole room needs attention, we disinfect it deep, top to bottom. You can fold this into your recurring program or book it separately when illness is going around the building and a more rigorous cleaning is called for.
